# Is Janction considering adopting the security guarantees provided by Restaking?

Restaking's products can provide security guarantees for Layer2, especially in the design of decentralized sequencers. However, EigenLayer's Restaking currently mainly focuses on absorbing user-staked ETH. We have not yet seen any mature cases of Restaking providing security for third-party protocols or products, especially in terms of aligning the AVS active validator set with Restaking's ETH. Therefore, we are mainly observing and researching the development of Restaking. At the right time, we will incorporate the Restaking solution into our own protocol security considerations.
